Thanks! We towed a Hobie Mirage Oasis kayak behind our Sage17. It was great for exploring the sea caves on Santa Cruz Island and for getting ashore through the surf. Unfortunately for the kayak, we had 7 foot breaking waves on the last day of our trip while returning to Santa Barbara harbor. In that sea state the kayak would continuously flip upside down while in tow. After many times heaving-to, to up right the kayak, it finally broke free and was lost at sea.sal wrote:Great vid.
